Operation Black Tide: Indie Spy Thriller

About

Hidden along India’s eastern coast lies INS Varsha, a secret naval base operating under the guise of a marine conservation center. It’s home to Project VEDA, an experimental program that trains orcas—Tala and Raksh—for deep-sea reconnaissance and stealth surveillance. Commander Aarav Kaul and marine behaviorist Lieutenant Raina Kapoor lead this cutting-edge initiative, blending biology with national security.
When a suspicious Chinese research vessel,
Mirage Dawn, enters Indian waters, Tala and Raksh are deployed to investigate. As they silently shadow the trawler, they discover it’s accompanied by a mysterious, unmarked submarine equipped with counter-biological warfare technology.
Tensions escalate when Raksh, sensing danger, places a magnetic recon mine on the stealth sub—triggering a response. A subdrone launches, disrupting communications and severing control over the orcas. Tala obeys the recall signal, but Raksh remains behind, protecting her from what he perceives as a threat.

Operation Black Tide explores the blurred line between loyalty and strategy in the silent conflict of the deep sea.
